How Do I Place An Order?

To place an order click on the store tab and buy your paddle of choice. You have the choice to buy more than one item and there is an additional information box with every selection for you to provide additional instructions (i.e 550 cord color, rank) for your order. You can also call customer service to place an order or order through our facebook account @facebook.com/militarypaddles.

Can I custom make a paddle?

You can custom order a paddle by providing the color you want and all the accessories you want on your paddle. There are some engraving techniques that we cannot do. However contact customer service with your request and we will try to make your paddle.

Payment and Shipping

Our website provides a secure and safe way to place an order. We process online payments thorugh paypal or call the customer service for credit card processing and other options. The shipping fee is standard for all the United States and merchandise generally ships within 24 hours or ordering.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of ordering if the merchandise is in the same condition as purchased. The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning the merchandise. Refunds will be returned in the same manner in which the item was purchased. Refunds are generally completed within 2 weeks of receiving the merchandise.
